Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about inputs, outputs, limitations, support, and responsible data handling.

What does Crawl extract?
Crawl looks for HTML tables, JSON-LD blocks, and long-form lists on the public page you submit. The output is meant for review first, not blind reuse.
What pages are a poor fit for Crawl?
Login-only pages, heavy bot protection, unusually large pages, and pages with no usable table or structured data often fail or return nothing useful.
Does Chart upload my spreadsheet?
Chart reads .xlsx and .xls files in your browser. The site may make a small request to check usage or account access, but the chart preview itself is built from local file data in the browser.
Which file and export formats are supported?
Chart accepts .xlsx and .xls files. You can export PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP output, or copy the rendered chart to your clipboard.
Can I move Crawl data directly into Chart?
Yes. When Crawl finds structured rows, the app lets you send the first result into Chart without reformatting it manually.
Does DataVizForge keep my source data?
Chart reads spreadsheets in your browser. Crawl requests are processed on demand from the URL you submit so the server can fetch and parse the page. Routine logs may exist for security and debugging. See the privacy policy for details.
Is there an API?
The product includes API documentation and account-based access. Check the docs and current pricing before depending on it in automation.
How do I contact support?
Email sapsap@qq.com with the page URL, spreadsheet context, and the issue you saw.
